Our ticket office has a ramp leading from the parking lot to the interior.

Our 49-passenger pontoons are accessible via a ramp from the dock. The boat decks have space for wheelchairs next to bench seats.

Any guest who needs help to enter or exit a kayak or canoe must get support from others in their group.
Any disabilities cannot restrict a guest from adhering to safety requirements.

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the 10,000 Islands Boat Tour, but ADA service animals are permitted:
- A service animal must be required because of a disability.
- A service animal must be trained to perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability.
- A service animal must be under the control of its handler at all times.

Pets, emotional support animals, and ADA service animals are not permitted on kayaks or canoes. Since alligators and crocodiles are natural predators of service animals, the presence of service animals creates an unsafe environment for service animals and other guests.

We provide accessible features on our website for all to use, including those with sight, hearing, and other disabilities according to the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0).
In addition, our website allows guests to learn about accessible features of our tours and book online when they are available.
